When you sign in to your control panel, the first thing you see is your dashboard. The dashboard is divided into three different areas: Upcoming Meetings, Items, and Finalized Meetings. To display the list of item that are currently in development (those that are in meetings that have not yet being finalized), click the ‘Show Items’ button.
The 'Show Upcoming Meetings' button is selected by default when you sign in to your control pane.
