Agendease Support

After you sign in, the first screen of the control panel that you see is the Agendease dashboard. The dashboard includes many tools for you to perform all the things you need to do to work with meetings, items, etc.

The content area of the dashboard is divided into three main sections: 'Show Upcoming Meetings', 'Show Items', 'Show Finalized Meetings'.

Upcoming Meetings

To display the list of meetings that are currently in development (those that are being worked on before being finalized), click the ‘Show Upcoming Meetings’ button.

The 'Show Upcoming Meetings' button is selected by default when you sign in to your control pane.

Items in Development

To display the list of items that are in meetings currently in development (those that are being worked on before being finalized), click the ‘Show Items’ button.

Finalized Meetings

To display the list of meetings that have already been finalized, click the ‘Show Finalized Meetings’ button.

Each of the dashboard sections contains a datatable listing the elements for that section (for example upcoming meetings or items).
