When you create a new item, you do not need to start with a blank form. There may be some cases when you want to copy an item that was on a previous meeting agenda to a future meeting agenda and then edit the item to update it for the destination meeting.

Agendease gives you an easy way to copy items from one meeting to the other.

Step 1:

In the Show Items area of the dashboard click 'Add an Item' button and select hover your mouse pointer above the name of the board for which you want to create the item.

Step 2:

When the menu expands to display the item create method choices, click on Copy an item from one board name meeting to another board name meeting.

Step 3:

If you know the source meeting in which the item to be copied is, click the drop-down menu and select the meeting.

The items in the meeting will be displayed below the drop-down menu.

Step 4:

Click the item that you want to copy

If you do not know the source meeting in which the item to be copied is, you can search for it.

Click 'Search for an item to copy'

Enter some text you expect to be in the item title or the content of the cover sheet. You can also specify a date range to limit the meetings that will searched for the text. As you type, items matching your search term (and date range) will be listed.

Find the item in the list that you want to copy and click the Copy button

The selected item will be displayed below the drop-down menu.

Step 5:

Click the Next button

Step 6:

Choose the destination meeting and the destination region.

Step 7:

Click the Finish button to copy the item to the destination meeting.
