After an item is created you can edit the item by adding content to the items' sections or attaching documents to it.

Go to the item screen for the subject meeting.

There are two ways that you can add content to an items' sections: directly in the automatic cover sheet, or in the Sections tab.

Entering content in the automatic cover sheet

 If you do not see the Draft Cover Sheet tab, the item many not be using a cover sheet.

As you move your mouse pointer over the automatic cover sheet, you will see that certain areas of the cover sheet are highlighted and the mouse pointer changes.

Click one of those highlighted areas

A box is displayed with the form controls that are appropriate for the type of content being edited.


Item sections can be made up of different types of content that may be suitable for a particular kind of control. In most cases it would be appropriate for the section content to be edited with a simple text box or a full text editor.

Some content may be more appropriately edited with checkboxes, drop-down lists, or radio buttons.


Make the edits you want and click the Update Section button.


You can display all the editable sections of a cover sheet without needing to mouse over them.

Click the Show/hide editable fields link at the upper left of the draft agenda. Every section in the cover sheet that is editable is highlighted.
