Go to the item screen for the subject meeting.

How do I edit an item?

Above the item title, find the button that is labeled either Take Action / View Approvals or just View Approvals/

If the item has not been submitted for approval yet, the button label will be Submit for Approval. There are no approvals to view.

Click the button to display the status of the approvals.

If you are one of the approvers for the item, action buttons will appear for you at the top of the box that is displayed.

The list of approvers for the item appears in the approval status box, with the date that they took action and their action.

Administrators can take approval actions for other users. If an administrator has taken action for another user, it will be indicated in the line for that approver.
