When you finalize a meeting, you are presented with the current approval status of all items before proceeding with finalizing the meeting. You can turn off the checking item approvals feature so that it does not display when finalizing a meeting.
You can turn off checking for the items approval status after a meeting has been created.
Go to the meeting screen for the subject meeting.
On the left side of the screen, find the Meeting Data block.
Find the Check item approvals on finalize switch. If your access privileges allow you to change the setting, the switch will be enabled
Click the switch to turn off checking for item approvals on finalize.
To turn checking on again, simple click the switch again.
