Agenda styles are made up of regions, and regions themselves are made up of parts. Regions can have three parts: the Begin Block, the Item Container, and the End Block. Regions that do not contain items (such as Call to Order, Certification Statement) only have the Begin Block whereas regions that do contain items (such as Consent Agenda, and Resolutions) have all three parts.
Begin Block
In a region that does not contain items, all structure and text for the region is contained in the Begin Block.
In regions that do contain items, the Begin Block is the structure and text that comes before the list of items.
Item Container
The Item Container part only appears in regions that do contain items. It is the structure and text that is used for each item listed. When an agenda is constructed, the Item Container is duplicated for each item in the region.
End Block
The End Block part only appears in regions that contain items. It is the structure and text that comes after the list of items.
