Open the Administrator Tools menu.
Where do I find the Administrator Tools menu?
Click the Users button.
Click the Add User button.
Enter the first name, last name, and email address for the user.
If you want the user to be an account administrator, turn on the switch below Do you want this user to be an administrator?
If you make the user an administrator, the board access block disappears. Administrators have full access to all boards, so their access does not need to be specified.
If the user is not going to be an administrator, choose the levels of access that the user will have for each board.
What are the different levels of access that a user can have?
Choose if the user should be able to work on a locked packet for each board.
What can a user do when they have the ability to work on a locked packet?
If you want the user to be created inactive, check the box.
Click the Add User button.
