Some users can be given the ability to work on locked packets for a board. The ability to work on a locked packet is not part of the user access levels (Assistant or Contributor). A user must be specifically assigned the ability to work on a locked packet.
When a user has been assigned the ability to work on a locked packet, the user has full access to work on the meeting (editing the agenda, deleting items, changing meeting data) while the packet is locked.
Users who do not have the ability to work on locked packets will not be able to make any changes to items in the meeting, or to the meeting itself (including adding or deleting meeting items).
Users are given the ability to work on locked packets in the same way that they are assigned access privileges.
